I've been using Sentry at Home since 2005. Installation and set-up has always been a breeze (even with earlier versions). What impresses me most - beyond the fact that your product delivers exactly as advertised (many similar products don't) - is the seemingly around-the-clock availability and technical expertise of your support staff. I've sent questions late at night, as well as on weekends. Your technical staff (Sammy & Edward) have returned detailed responses to my questions and concerns - frequently within an hour. Once, one of my sons found a way to defeat the on-line timer. After corresponding with Sammy, the next update solved the loop-hole. The quality of your product and service after-the-fact is PHENOMENAL. I'm sold on your product as long as children are in my home.

My wife & I love this product. My 14 year old son deals with it. It should be required on all home computers with kids on the Internet. You should do more to introduce this to school boards across America. It should also be installed in every library in the nation... Thanks for a wonderful product! I recommend it to everyone.

I just bought your At Home product, but wanted to know if it has a keylogger before I install it? I'm against keyloggers as they capture personal data. How do I find this out?
REPLY: Our software does not have a keylogger. Keyloggers are considered spyware. More importantly, keyloggers can capture your personal information, including your bank account passwords, credit card info and much more.

I was dead set against this type of software because I felt I already had a good relationship with my son and we communicated just fine. My wife made me install it anyway. Having used your Sentry Remote product for about 2 weeks now, I have come to realize that I didn't know my son as well as I thought. I've tried a few other software programs to keep an eye on my kids while on the Internet, I believe your Sentry software is the best so far. Very good product. I found it a little difficult to set up until I found the online tutorials. I would recommend placing the tutorials in a few places to make them easier to find. Overall, the tutorials were very helpful.

I highly recommend Sentry At Home if you have children under the age of 15. Been using it for 9 months and it has opened my eyes. Many things I didn't realize kids could do online. It has allowed me to intervene regarding some questionable conduct with my daughter and her friends. Parents need to know about your product.

I would recommend that you let people know that your Sentry At Home product allows users to install it on 3 computers. I couldn't find it on your box until the 3rd time I looked. I had to call your tech support to find out.

I bought your Sentry At Home filtering product last week and was surprised to find out that I could monitor more than one computer in the house. What a nice surprise. I wanted to let you know that I purchased 8 additional programs for my 2 car dealerships so I could monitor all 24 computers. To be able to monitor everyone's activities from my home or office is just great.

Been using Sentry Remote for about one week. So far so good. Great features! I would recommend that you add some text to the front of your box regarding how many computers each box is good for. I bought it thinking it was for only one computer. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I can monitor 2 computers in my house for the same price. People probably don't realise this.

Thank you for caring about kids. All parents should have software like yours on their home computer. We would all love to trust our kids, but we must remember that they are just kids and they get in trouble from time to time. I think it is every parent's obligation to help protect their children against viewing pornography. I don't think young kids go searching for it, but I've come to realize how simple it is for them to stumble upon it.
