Why are some fields for Level 2 users greyed out?

The online activities of all Level 2 users are being monitored only. Level 2 operates in Stealth mode so your children are unaware that you are monitoring them.

Since the child has no idea they are being monitored, they must have complete freedom to go where they want. The greyed out portion of the user preference panel is only for Level 1 users. If you blocked certain applications, programs, or browsers they would know that they were being monitored.
