Instant Messenger (IM) Logs
Instant Messenger (IM) Logs provide information on all chats made within the supported Instant Messenger programs. The following IM software that is supported by Sentry Parental Controls are:
MSN Messenger / Windows Live Messenger

You can choose a specific date using the calendar on the left.

To the right of the calendar, general information is provided about that the user(s) you have chosen to view the logs of. It shows statistics such as the number of chat sessions / conversations, the total amount of time spent in these conversations, the number of chat sessions blocked under Sentry's rules, the number of violated keywords used, and the most popular violated category. These statistics show activity both for today and this month.

When each web page is logged, Sentry Parental Controls logs the following information for you to view:
Date, Time and Length of the chat session / conversation
The User / Windows Account used
The buddy/friend chatted to
The Instant Messenger Program used
Whether a violation has occurred

If a violation has been triggered within a selected session / conversation, a red exclamation mark
will be seen.
If you click on a specific row, you can view more details of the visit. From there you can have the option to block that friend/buddy from further communication.
